High availability is a must on the European market, as Papyrus part involves 22 countries. Papyrus main communication channel is the voice and the previous technology platform they used, did not live up to its high expectations and future requirements.
Edge got the assignment, along with Cisco, Aastra, to create a modern telephony platform for Papyrus. The new platform meant greater accessibility to users and a stable and secure technical infrastructure for those who support the new platform.
